{100th Post GIVEAWAY!!}

I definitely can't believe this is my ONE HUNDREDTH post!!! How exciting! Thanks to all my readers for sticking around and following my crazy life :)
I stuck to the Kristin Hannah theme and read yet another of her books. True Colors is about three sisters that grow up with a grouchy mean father and have to overcome many obstacles after one of them follows their heart and goes against their father. It's another good one. Again, not as emotional as Firefly Lane, but it's a good story!

As a thank you to all my readers and a fun 100th POST GIVEAWAY, I will be sending the winner one paperback copy of each KH books I have read recently. Firefly Lane, The Magic Hour and True Colors. Just leave me a comment telling me the last book you read and how it was! I will announce the WINNER in one week! Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the end of the day.

Thanks again! I hope you keep reading! I have a few new art projects to post about soon! :)
XOXO

  1. Well, the book I am reading now is called Glass Castle by Jeannette Wells (or Walls?) Very good book, I have enjoyed it so far. Love Kristin Hannah, but have not read any of those books! Congrats on your 100th post!

  2. I'm revisiting The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd. It's been a while since I read it and wanted to read it again before seeing the movie. It's pretty good. I actually looked for the Kristen Hannah books in our local library after reading your posts, but couldn't find any. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Congratulations on a fabulous blog.

  3. I have read quite a few Kristen Hannah books and loved them. I read Magic Hour a while back but haven't read the others and have been wanting to! Right now I just finished The Help and it was a great book. I have moved onto Icy Sparks (only to start it and realize that I've already read it...opps!) Never hurts to reread good books!!

  4. I tried to read The Reader by Bernhard Schlink but just could never finish it. I hate it when that happens! Since having Sofia 2 years ago I just can't get into reading quite as I used to. Maybe I'll win your giveaway and all that will change.

    Congrats on 100 posts.

  5. I enjoy reading Nicholas Sparks' books. I just finished up with Dear John and I'd like to read The Last Song. I've been reading your bolgs about these Kristin Hannah books and I've been interested in reading them but I just haven't found time to visit our library. Congrats on the 100th post...keep them coming, I enjoy reading them!
